Click here to download blank files as a zip file.  blankfiles.zip   Unzip to a folder of your choice.  Copy the blank file to a name of your choosing.  Drag and drop the file into Internet Explorer.  Add to favorites list for easy access.  You can now access and make changes to your cad file anytime are are in internet explorer.
